Dear customer,
The following updates will be done in this maintenance window. - BeneCloud 6.7.0 update 1/2. This update includes voice codec improvements in mobile call traffic. Second part of this updated will be done at 2020-10-29. - BeneHelpDesk (BHD) 5.23.3.3 update 1/2. This will cause approximately 30 second outage in BHD service. Second part of this updated will be done at 2020-10-29.
